The pokemon move limit has been moved to six, and you can now add natures to your pokemons' description if you want to, and the nature only counts as a stat thing, not how your pokemon acts. It has been added to the rules that if a pokemon can learn an hm that you don't want to use in battle, then you don't have to put it as one of it's moves, but you can't use that move in battle. It's also been added to STAB is applied to pokemon battles. Only two people can now have the same legendary pokemon.

I'd also like to make an announcment reguarding Gym Leaders. Because of the surplus of high level pokemon among gym leaders, I want them all to have those same pokemon, only at different levels. Imagine yourself in agame with a level 10 Piplup and your coming to the first gym who has level 90 pokemon. It's not gonna happen, so I'm asking you lower your levels depending on who your battling.
Example: A beginner trainer who lives near the victory road comes to his first gym which will be.... whatever, that gym leader must have pokemon that somehow relate to his/hers, level-wise.
